3. Service Estimates & Pricing Disclosure
All advertised prices are starting base rates for standard residential systems. Final pricing is subject to an on-site visual inspection by our technician. Prices may vary based on factors including:
- Total duct or vent length and complexity
- Accessibility (e.g., roof access, tight spaces, high climbs)
- Excessive buildup, debris, or blockages
- Scope of repair work required
You will always be informed of any price adjustments before any work begins. No charges will be applied without your approval.
4. Service Fulfillment & Subcontracting
To maintain our commitment to fast and reliable service, Airximo reserves the right to fulfill service requests through our network of trusted third-party professional partners or subcontractors. In such cases:
- Your contact information will be shared with the partner solely for service fulfillment.
- The partner is responsible for the performance and quality of the specific job.
- We only partner with professionals who meet our high standards for quality and safety.
By submitting your information, you consent to being contacted by Airximo or one of our authorized partner companies.
5. Liability & Property Protection
Airximo and its partners take the utmost care during all cleaning and repair processes. However, we are not liable for:
- Damages caused by pre-existing conditions, such as brittle, deteriorated, or improperly installed duct or vent materials.
- Hidden structural defects or code violations discovered during the inspection.
- General wear and tear of older appliances, flues, or chimney systems.
Our technicians will document and communicate any such issues discovered before proceeding with work.
6. Cancellation & Scheduling
We value our technicians’ time and our customers’ schedules. We request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide notice may result in a service call fee.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the county where the service was provided.
